Forms

In the Spring, the Town Signup Form will be required.

For each team registered to play in the summer and in the fall, the Manager Signup Form should be provided to the league.

Teams are required to use WPBA logo baseballs.  Towns should order them for delivery prior to the summer and fall seasons using the Baseball Order Form.

Please complete the Team Roster when requested by your League Director

Managers, Coaches, and Umpires, please read the WPBA Rules.

Managers, you are responsible for keeping the Pitching Record up to date.
