NOTE: 2011 Fall Team Registration (August 15^th to 24^th) Remember that only teams that participated in the Summer season are eligible for the Fall.

The WPBA Fall Season Registration meeting (all Town Baseball Directors must be in attendance/coaches are welcome), will be held WEDNESDAY @ 7:30pm on Aug 24, 2011 @  Reis Park Pavilion in Somers.  This is the meeting when each town declares how many teams they are entering into the fall season, the money is paid and the field availability/coaches sheets are handed in to the various League Directors.

1-You must bring Field Availability.

2-Coaches Names and Contact Information.

3-Baseball orders and payment for teams and baseballs.

Team declarations can be emailed to me at demaa@wpba.us until 8/23/2011.

This is the only meeting before the schedules so there will not be any team additions after the 24^th.

The “Coaches” Breakout meeting (all coaches MUST be in attendance) will be held the following THURSDAY @ 7:00pm Sept. 1, 2011 at the same location.

At this meeting the fall schedules will be handed out.

Directions to Reis Park, Somers, NY

 From Route 684 South : Get off at Exit 6. Turn left. Go west on Route 35 to Route 100 (approximately one mile). Turn right onto route 100. Go about 1/2 mile and bear left on Route 139. Go approximately 1 mile. Reis park is on the right. Pony league field is on the left in the park. The 12 and under field is straight ahead on the right.

From Route 6 : Go South on Route 118 (approximately 2 miles to stop light). Turn left onto Route 202. Go approximately 2 miles (through the stop light).At the light, 202 turns into Route 139. Stay straight on 139. Reis park is 1/2 mile past Somers High School on the left.

2011 Fall Season starts Friday pm, September 9^TH, continues on weekends thru October 12^th .

Playoffs  will be Friday pm (with lights) Saturday & Sunday October 21^st  thru the 23^rd.

Tournament championship games:  Saturday, October 29^th  (rain date Sunday, October, 30^th .  @  Lakeland High School, Shrub Oak, NY  Tournament ends!!!

Thanks to all the participants, the WPBA Directors, and a special thanks to the SOAC  for their help in transporting those spectators that needed to be shuttled to and from the parking lot to the fields.                                The perfect weather brought out one of the largest crowds to ever attend the Tournament Championship games.
